Here are answers to a few of the most frequently asked questions regarding wholesale. You also may want to check out our wholesale policy and terms.

How can I get a wholesale price list?
If you'd like a wholesale price list and catalog give us a call or pop us an email. We will get one out to you as soon as possible.

How do we start? what do we do?
A lot of people ask us how it works. Well, there are a few ways to put together your opening order. You can be as hands on or hands off as you would like.

  1. You can pick every single ring, style and color. *See tip below.
  2. You can give us a list of the ones you love and the ones you absolutely do not, and we will fill in the rest - making sure you get the best sellers, the ones you must have and avoid the ones you don't want.
  3. You can give us a dollar amount, and just let us put together a fabulous display.

**Tip - When putting together a collection for your store, keep in mind it helps to have a full spectrum represented, reds, oranges, ambers, greens, blues, purples and pinks. Then, fill in with some neutrals, and mixes to round it off. This can be done as a bright, funky grouping or a more tame, conservative, version. We can also help you with this over the phone.

What are the best sellers?
Rings. Petal rings. The XLG roe rings are the next most popular, and finally, the Roe.

What are the best selling colors?
Top 12, listed in order: jolly-loli, fairy, tortoise, kelp, red/red & sonya (tie), tahoe, green tortoise, twilight, mermaid, fire, stripy pink and blue notes.

An $800 minimum opening order?
Yes, it is a significant investment and it breaks down to about 25 rings. Years ago, we had a $400 minimum. We found that the people who stuck to that hardly ever re-ordered. However, the people who leaped in and placed opening orders over $1000, would call us within weeks, panicked, to replenish their stock. You seeŽ the secret to selling poppi is to display as many as you can. People beeline for the case and often cannot decide which ring to get, so they buy two or three. I know, it sounds crazy. But, it really is true. We have a retail store and we see it everyday. So, once the case gets down to a dozen or so, the sales trickle off. That is why you should not start with 15 rings, you will never benefit from the frenzy that poppi creates.

How can we be listed on the website as one of poppi's retail stores?
To qualify to be listed on our website a store must have purchased at least $1500 within the last 15 months. A decent sized order must have received within the last 8 months. This helps avoid customer disappointment. It only makes sense to steer people to a place where they can actually find a decent poppi selection.

How can I become a æpop starī? A æpop iconī?
æPop starsī are stores that have purchased over $4000 with us over the previous 15 months. æPop iconsī are stores that have purchased over $10,000 within the last 12 months.

Reorder minimum?
There is no minimum for re-orders, so special orders can be accommodated, no problem. Keep in mind that we do have a flat shipping rate of $13, and it may be more cost effective to plump up your stock at the same time you place any SPOs.

Reorder turn around time?
We are very good about getting product to you as soon as we can. The goal is to fulfill re-orders within three weeks. We are usually faster than this. Our theory about that is the sooner you get it, the sooner you'll sell it, the sooner you'll re-order again. Seasons are short and we understand this.

Should you buy earrings?
If you want to bring earrings in from the beginning, this is how you do it. Your opening order should be about 22 rings and about 8 to 12 earrings. The flakes are the best selling, but if you prefer more of a dangle, the short plumes have been doing great this season. Just so you know, this puts you a little above the $800 opening minimum.
