We are a tiny little operation and getting your order to you as quickly as possible is very important to us. We usually ship in-stock items the next business day. Items that are not in-stock or special orders that require additional production time usually take an additional 2 or 3 days, but sometimes as much as a week.

We make every effort to get your purchase to you ASAP, but please keep in mind that all of our items are handmade in our little workshop. On the very rare occasion that we will not be able to ship out your purchase within a few days, we will contact you via email and explain the situation.

Shipping times as listed on the shopping cart are approximate transportation times and refer to the number of business days after your purchase leaves our hands.

If you have a specific "due by" date, we strongly suggest you put that information in the special request message field in the shopping cart. You can call us at 301-779-2392 to find out more detailed delivery information. Or, you always have the option to send us a separate email at orders@poppishop.com. We have no control of USPS or FedEx but we will make every effort on our end to meet your requested date.

Repairs are shipped for free.
A small shipping and handling fee of $5 pre item applies to exchanges.

Explanation of shipping options:

Standard 5-7 days ($3.00 for first item, $1.00 each add'l item) First Class US Postal Service with Delivery Confirmation to a US address.

Rush 2-3 days ($18.00 for first item, $1.00 each add'l item) FedEx 2-day Service (Street addresses only, no PO boxes) Tracking number available upon request, just email us

Super Rush: Currently, we are unable to offer this option.

Int'l Priority 5-10 days ($15.00 for first item, $1.00 each add'l item) Priority Mail International US Postal Service.

 

Holiday Schedule 2009:

Thanksgiving Holiday No items will be shipped Wednesday, November 25th - Friday 27th.
Regular studio hours / shipping will resume Monday, December 1st.

Christmas Holiday

Poppi headquarters will be closed Thursday Dec 24th - Jan 4th.
Regular studio hours / shipping will resume Jan 5th 2010.

If you want an item to arrive by Dec. 24th via USPS make sure you have your order to us no later than Dec. 15th.

If ordering on Dec. 18th and you need an item delivered by Dec. 24th we strongly suggest you use the Rush shipping option.

We strongly suggest placing holiday orders before Dec. 18th.

We will not be shipping any holiday orders after Dec. 22nd.

Keep in mind that FedEx and the US Post Office are slammed at this time of year and there are no guarantees.

We will do everything in our power to get your order to you on time. However, once a shipping option is selected and we have sent your order off it is out of our hands, we cannot change or control how fast it gets to you or the gift recipient.

Packaging:

All Poppi items come with complimentary packaging. But, if you'd like to poppify your gift you can add one of our fancy gift wrap options.

Is your order lost in transit?

We ship everything first class USPS with delivery confirmation. If you do not receive your order, email or call us at 301-779-2392 to let us know and we will start tracking your package. We will email you all information provided to us from usps.com and all future activity. If delivery has been confirmed to the address you provided when you placed your order, as far as we are concerned, the package has been delivered, and our responsibility has ended. We are sorry if your doorman, concierge or management office has misplaced it.
